Customer Service Request Form

To better serve you and to comply with the agreement of our HOME of Texas Limited Warranty Program, our Customer Service Department is based on written customer service requests to process non-emergency warrantable items. This form will serve as the required written request.

Please fill out the form and submit it to our customer care department. Upon receipt of this form, our customer care department will contact you within 2 business days to schedule an inspection of your home based on your request.

Customer Service appointments are available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
